A couple of favourites.

Isn't it funny that out of all the many cards I have designed over the past few months for Christmas, there are just a few that stand out? These are some of my favourites this season.

I love the new design palette by Pion Design. These are plain companion cardstock to their paper ranges and they are white core. So I embossed a piece with a snowflake embossing folder.

Then I sanded the surface to reveal the pattern in white.

I've added a panel with a die cut snowflake design which has been stuck onto a strip of double sided adhesive and the gaps filled in with glitter.
Here's the finished card.

This one is kind of similar: The snowflake die cut panel has been in-filled with pearl mica flakes ( gorgeous). The embossed panel has a pine sprig design on mica pearl paper but this time I added a stamped message to the centre panel.
I really like these neutral and grey schemes.

Hope you can see the beautiful pearl mica here.

The next card has a stamped background, stamped in Distress Moss Green. Then that has been embossed with "Twiggy" and sanded. You need to choose the designs carefully for this technique, or they can end up looking a bit busy or confused, so experiment a bit.
A die cut border in silver mirri is attached to the right hand side and a ribbon and charm to finish.
