So here are some simple makes that use acrylic as an accent.
So we have Clear Scraps acrylic in 12 x 12 sheets and these are perfect for chopping up and using on cards.
The first ones are based on a design I made with Susan and adapted slightly for us to use.
The front of the card is substituted with acrylic, attached by a fold over section at the top. The Happy Christmas is a Sue Wilson die and has Stick-It adhesive applied to the back before cutting so it is very clean when stuck to the clear acrylic. Paper is layered back & front to hide any adhesive application and finished with a couple of banners and some cord. Really easy but just nicely different.
On this card an aperture has been cut and replaced with an acrylic window with a peel off village scene attached. The card is a window box and has been decorated with Craftwork Cards paper from their Mistletoe collection.
